FAQ 01 · Account & Subscriptions

Account & Subscriptions

Signing up, logging in, getting and safeguarding your subscription link, switching devices and simultaneous connection rules.

What information do I need to sign up?
No email address is needed — a username and password are all it takes to register, and you can sign in to the user panel right away. Nothing else is required. Keep your username and password somewhere safe: the subscription link in your panel works like account credentials, and forwarding it lets someone else use your routes.
Where do I find my subscription link, and how do I import it into a client?
After signing in to the user panel, you'll find your subscription link and QR code in both Account Overview and Download Client. Copy the link and choose Import from Clipboard in your client, or scan the QR code directly on mobile. The client refreshes your subscription automatically on a schedule, so there's no need to replace the link by hand.
Do I need to buy again when I switch to a new device?
No. A single account supports unlimited simultaneous devices, and clients are available for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Install the client on the new device, import the same subscription, and you're ready to go.
What should I do if my subscription link leaks?
Reset the subscription link in your panel right away — the old link stops working immediately — then import the new link on every device. Don't send your subscription link as plain text in chat apps, and don't post it in public groups or screenshots.
How many devices can be online at once on one account?
There's no device limit. That said, when many devices share one route at the same time they split the bandwidth between them, so it helps to separate them by purpose — one route for streaming, another for work and video calls. The servers page lists every route and route type, so you can pick by region.

FAQ 02 · Connection & Troubleshooting

Connection & Troubleshooting

Connected but pages won't load, apps that ignore the VPN, iOS and Linux setup differences, and frequent disconnects.

The client says it's connected, but web pages won't load. What should I do?
Work through these in order: (1) try another route to rule out a problem with a single route; (2) check that your system clock is accurate — a time offset makes the encrypted handshake fail; (3) switch DNS to the client's built-in resolver; (4) close other proxy apps to avoid port conflicts; (5) restart the client and your router. In most cases the first two steps are enough.
Why doesn't a certain app go through the VPN?
Some apps use their own network stack and ignore the system proxy settings, so it looks like the VPN isn't working. Turn on Global or TUN mode in the client to route all traffic on the device through the VPN. If the app has its own proxy settings, you can also enter the client's local listening address and port manually.
Why won't it connect on iOS after installation?
On iOS you first need to install and trust the network configuration profile in Settings, then return to the client and tap Connect. If you've previously installed a profile from another VPN app, remove the old one before installing this service's profile — two profiles at once will compete for the tunnel.
How do I install the Linux client?
Sign in to the panel, choose Linux under Download Client, and follow the steps on the guides page to install and import your subscription. Once imported, test connectivity from the command line against an international site, then set up autostart the way your distribution handles it. If the import doesn't take effect, check for a conflict with your system's built-in network manager.
What should I do about frequent disconnects?
Rule out local causes first: a weak wireless signal, an overloaded router and jitter on your ISP's line can all cause drops. If you can reproduce the problem reliably, try an IEPL dedicated route for comparison. If only one device drops, the cause is usually that device's power-saving policy — add the client to the list of apps allowed to run in the background.

FAQ 03 · Speed & Routes

Speed & Routes

Choosing a route type, peak-hour slowdowns, the bandwidth 4K really needs, and using speed tests to pin down a problem.

What route types are available, and which should I choose?
There are three types: IEPL dedicated, relayed and direct. IEPL dedicated routes run on a private channel and hold up best at peak hours, which suits 4K streaming and video calls. Relayed routes offer the best value for everyday browsing and AI tools. Direct routes have the lowest latency, which suits latency-sensitive tasks. The servers page lists every route type by region.
It slows down badly at peak hours. What can I do?
20:00–23:00 is when cross-border links are at their most congested. Switch to an IEPL dedicated route first and avoid the most popular servers at that hour; make sure downloads aren't saturating your home broadband; if you're on mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi and compare again. If two or three dedicated routes are still slow, note the route names and the times and open a ticket.
How much bandwidth do I need for 4K streaming?
4K playback usually needs a stable downstream of 25Mbps or more, and you should leave headroom when several people watch at once. If buffering starts at peak hours, switch to a dedicated route first rather than refreshing the page over and over. If only one platform stutters, it's usually a regional routing issue with that platform — switching to another exit in the same region normally fixes it.
Why do speed tests vary so much between devices?
A device's wireless chip, how its system implements proxies and background sync jobs all affect the result. For a meaningful comparison, close other bandwidth-hungry apps and test on the same route, at the same time of day, against the same speed test server. An older device's wireless card may simply not be able to reach full bandwidth.
How do I tell whether the problem is the route or my local network?
Disconnect the VPN first and run a speed test on your direct connection: if your local line is already below par, switching routes won't help. If local speeds are fine but drop once the VPN is on, compare in this order — different route, different device, different time of day. If all three comparisons point to the same route, send the route name in a ticket.

FAQ 04 · Billing & Refunds

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plans vs. data packs, upgrade proration, the refund process and payment methods.

How much do the plans cost?
There are three monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets every month on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days, and the new plan's allowance takes effect immediately.
What's the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan?
Data packs last until the data runs out and never expire. The three tiers are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly plans reset every month on your activation date and suit steady long-term use; data packs have no expiry date, which makes them a good fit for occasional use or as a top-up once a monthly plan runs out.
What happens if I use up my data for the month?
Two options: upgrade to a higher monthly plan, with the price difference prorated over the remaining days, or buy a data pack as a top-up — packs last until the data runs out and never expire. Both can be done yourself in the user panel, with no need to contact support.
How do I request a refund?
This service offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Open a ticket in the user panel with your order number and the reason for the refund, and the money is returned to your original payment method. Once the refund is processed, the subscription on that account stops, and you'll need to subscribe again to use the service.
Which payment methods are supported?
Three: Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. After placing an order, choose your method at checkout to complete payment. The order status updates in the order list in your panel, and your subscription allowance is credited automatically once payment goes through.
