Pricing
Two billing models: monthly plans suit long-term, steady cross-border access, while data packs suit usage that varies or is occasional. Feature-wise the two are identical — unlimited simultaneous connections, no email address required to create an account, and a 30-day refund.
Billing Models
Monthly plans reset their data on your activation date each month, which suits people who connect every day; data packs are pay-for-what-you-use, lasting until they run out and never expiring, which suits business trips, short projects or one-off bursts of heavy usage. Both price sets below are final — there is no extra setup fee or route fee.

How data pack validity works: data packs are not billed by time, so the balance stays in your account after purchase, lasts until it runs out and never expires — there is no end-of-month reset. They can sit alongside a monthly plan: once the monthly allowance is used up, your connection keeps drawing on the data pack balance instead of dropping. If you upgrade a monthly plan from a lower tier to a higher one mid-cycle, the difference is prorated by remaining days and you only pay the gap.
Which to Choose
Only one variable separates the three tiers: the monthly data allowance. Routes, clients and simultaneous connections are identical, so choosing a tier is just a matter of estimating how much data you use in a month.
Who it suits: one to two hours a day, mostly looking things up, sending email and the occasional short video — or anyone who wants to try the service at low cost first.
What it handles: 60GB covers everyday web browsing, document collaboration and AI tool chats; with unlimited simultaneous connections, your phone and computer can stay connected at the same time without logging in and out.
Limits: if you watch 4K streaming for hours every day or download large files all day long, 60GB will run out early. Once it does, you either wait for the reset date or upgrade to a higher tier — the upgrade difference is prorated by remaining days.
Who it suits: people who work across borders every day, join video meetings, watch 1080p and 4K streaming and use AI tools frequently. This tier is the balance point for most users.
What it handles: 250GB is generous for one person's daily use; with 150+ routes you can switch freely and move to a smoother exit even at peak hours instead of staying on the same route.
Limits: sharing one subscription between several people, or leaving large downloads running for hours, can still hit the cap. For those cases, go straight to the 500GB tier or add a data pack as a buffer.
Who it suits: households or small teams sharing one plan, anyone who needs a connection that stays up long-term, heavy streaming users, and people who would rather not watch the data counter every month.
What it handles: 500GB is the top monthly tier, and with unlimited simultaneous connections it can serve several devices at once — work devices and home devices each on their own connection.
Limits: data still resets monthly on your activation date and does not carry over. If one month runs over, add a data pack rather than moving up a whole tier.
What's Included
Feature-wise there is no difference between monthly plans and data packs: there are no speed caps on lower tiers and no route restrictions on lower tiers. Which tier you pick only affects the data allowance and the billing model; everything else is identical.
Unlimited simultaneous connections — phone, computer and tablet can all connect at once, with no separate purchase per device.
100+ countries / 150+ routes, covering IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes, switchable by use case.
Clients for five platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux — log in, grab your subscription and import it.
Streaming and AI tool acceleration — international sites, cloud drive sync and cross-border office apps all run over the same routes.
No email address required — a username and password is all it takes, with no mailbox to set up first.
Bank-grade encryption for the whole connection; ticket support is active from the moment you order.
30-day refund, no questions asked — request it within 30 days of payment and the money goes back through the original payment channel.
Alipay / WeChat / USDT — three payment methods, with live payment status on the order page.

How to read the table: the three monthly tiers differ only in data allowance; data packs differ from monthly plans in billing logic — packs are not tied to time and the balance stays put, while monthly plans restore the allowance each month but never accumulate. If your budget is fixed and you connect every day, go with a monthly plan; if your usage swings up and down, or you just need to cover a business trip, go with a data pack. The two are not mutually exclusive — you can hold both.
Payment
Orders are placed inside the user dashboard, with Alipay, WeChat and USDT supported. The order page shows payment status in real time, and your subscription activates as soon as the payment lands — no waiting for manual confirmation.
Alipay
Choose Alipay on the order page and pay by scanning the code or following the redirect. Come back to the order page afterwards and the status updates to paid automatically.
Good for ordering straight from your phone with an in-app WeChat scan. The subscription activates as soon as payment succeeds, and you can grab your client from the same page.
USDT
Transfer the amount shown on the order page; once the payment is confirmed, the subscription activates automatically. Suited to users who prefer to settle in digital assets.
Log in to the user dashboard and confirm the tier and data allowance you want on the plans page. Monthly plans and data packs sit on the same page, priced as in the table above, with no extra setup fee or route fee.
Pay with Alipay, WeChat or USDT. The order page shows the amount due and its status, and refreshes to paid once the payment goes through — no need to upload a receipt.
The subscription activates as soon as payment arrives, and the data allowance for your chosen tier is credited to the account. For monthly plans, the reset date is based on the day you activate, and the allowance is restored on the same day each month.
Download the client for your platform from the dashboard's download page and import your subscription to connect. Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous connections.
Refunds
The 30-day refund applies to both monthly plans and data packs. No long explanation needed — just include your order number in a ticket and the money goes back through the original payment channel.
Log in to the user dashboard, open the ticket page and create a new ticket, pick the refund topic and enter your order number. You can copy the order number straight from your order history.
Support checks the order status and activation date to confirm it falls within 30 days. This step is usually completed within one business cycle of submitting the ticket.
Monthly plans and data packs are refunded at the amount actually paid; if there is unused data pack balance on the account, the outcome is explained in the same ticket.
Refunds go back through the original payment channel, and how long they take depends on the processing speed of Alipay, WeChat or the on-chain transfer; the order page in the dashboard shows the refund status as it updates.
